This is a sobering article. These are the same guys who sit in Nigerian internet cafes writing N.O.K. letters, but now they're in Minnesota and New Jersey using card skimmers, masking phone ids and siphoning who knows how much out of our economy. Could this maybe spur law enforcement to take internet fraud more seriously?

The one positive thing I see in this story is that I hear this ring tends to recruit new members from West Africa by first doing dolla chops (to test the lad's mettle) and then making those lads do all sorts of safaris and photo sessions.

Any lad who doesn't provide requested photos or travel promptly can forget about any Champagne Parties in the USA!
