Fax site?

Not sure about this one.

I received it in an account where I'm baiting a lad whom I'm trying to fax a bank form to (yeah... technology is terribly unreliable!) and he's insistent that he must receive it before we can go ahead.

Well, this email appeared and it has no reference to that particular bait, but the fact that it's in the account with the character who's having trouble faxing.... I don't know. Just seems like a big coincidence. And since they're asking for money to use the service and all of the contact addresses appear to be free webmail, it seems a little suspicious.
