a lad throws a tantrum

A little backstory - the lad sent a badly composed email soliciting help transfering funds, I replied telling him we gave money away and did not accept it, and then the following arrived: (I left his email intact in case someone wants to play with him, he does not play well with others but his English is a hoot, and he seemed to be laboring under the impression that I was offering him something as a 'con.' He's very prone to temper tantrums!)
