Thought I would share this one.
This lad sends me a copy of his "identification" (terrible photochop) and tells me I need to immediately send him similar confirmation of my identity.
So I reply with "I hereby confirm that I am (character name)"
Apparently that was good enough! |

It often is. I was told to scan my passport and send it to my nazi scammer. I sent him a large .dll file and a topless shot of my character. I wasn't asked to rescan the passport  |

The next part of your lad's format doesn't say "thank you for the ID, it was approved by the bank". So he doesn't care.
For those lads that do have the thank your for your ID in their next format, a regular pictures usually will suffice.
Just as long as you don't draw too much attention to the fact that you are refusing to send ID, you should be okay. Otherwise you risk getting into a pissing match with the lad.
That is why I like the " I recently lost my ID" modality. The lad can't really complain because you merely don't have the ID to send. |
