My poor refugee children (who have already showered me with far more documents than any previous bait) just requested that I sign a Memorandum of Understanding. They sent me a copy (of course) and it contains, in part, the following provisions:

1. The Beneficiary (Me) shall make or cause to be made application to The Government of His/her country for the refugee delegates to travel and reside in the locality and country of the Beneficiary.

2. The Beneficiary should such an approval as referred to in paragraph (1) is granted The Beneficiary shall provide or cause to be provided temporary and/or permanent housing for The Children. With the funds transferred or in his home residence prior to the arrival of the children in his country

3. The Beneficiary shall provide the necessary assistance as required or deemed necessary to enable The Children either individually or collectively to open bank accounts, trust accounts and other investment accounts managed by the Beneficiary.

4. The Beneficiary shall provide assistance as required or deemed necessary to ensure that medical and other living needs are provided for.

5. The Beneficiary shall provide support as appropriate to assist and enable The Children to pursue their educational career goals and pursuits. Such support shall include but not limited to the provisions of qualified teachers, counseling, private tutoring and examination preparations.

Imagine the multitude of forms they will be required to complete to meet all these provisions. If they complain, I have the perfect defense - YOU REQUIRED ME TO! IT'S IN THE MOU!

Every refugee baiter should have one of these.
