The article states the border is closed. I'm sure there will be lots of corrupt officials to pay off to get the trunks out of the country. Any day now we should start to see them. |

Well just wait. How long did it take for the lads put out the Haiti scams? Or any other scam based on (insert_disaster_or_current_even_here)?
I am now watching my catcher account specifically for 'refugees from Niger'. I am debating whether or not to announce to be on the look out for scams based on that on scamwarners, but don't know yet.

No need until/unless it happens. Haiti scams were 100% certain to happen and likely to scam some victims. And even then, we waited until the first scam was reported.
