Western Union allow you to pay someone by credit card online, via their website. Since the 1st of November there's been a rule change for EU customers. Will send an email confirmation once the identification process is complete
Some customers might have to undergo an alternative identification process. Those customers will be contacted via email with further instructions.

23. How long will it take to have my identity verified?
Please allow 3-5 business days for internal administration before attempting to do your third transaction online.
