i have now asked for 2.5 mil! and now they want me to pay insurance
this costs £300 - and they want to split the insurance cost with me 50/50
so help all - what games can i play with these guys
any advice on how to take this first bait on.
i have filled in a few forms incorrectly this has taken a few days but what can i do next - nothing to big -
i am avoiding using the phone - apparantly i was born without vocal chords! |

Hi reverandoflove!
Glad you are having a good time with your Loan Lad!
Have you read the Payment Delaying Modalities tutorial in Eater University? It's here:
http://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=150757
That should give you some good ideas for what to do next.
And if you want to drag it out a little longer, before you get to delaying the payment, then you could ask if you could possibly borrow another half-million, and would that increase the insurance? Well, what if it was an extra quarter-million, then? |

I don't want to guess the number - But, lad, isn't that the best fun to be had with MoneyGram reference numbers? |

Welcome to Eater!
Another good read in Eater University is Straight Baiting, by Otterfan.
http://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=147262
Question after question to the lad, find something to make him work.
What is the term of the loan? 5 years? 10? How does it affect the total you will eventually pay? Do they compound interest quarterly? Etc...
Do lots of reading around the forum for other devious ideas. There are many ways to skin a cat. (oops! Did I say that!) |

Welcome reverandoflove.
There are many ways to skin a cat.
The learning comes with practice. I've lost a few but gained a few.
Please read some stickies and visit Eater Uni. It will be worth it.
Follow the bait and it will guide you.
I found that baiting straight gives you an enormous insight into lad mentality.
You can twist the plot better after that
Please stay safe though |

Reverend, take a look here for some further inspiration. The link points to a mass bait targeting a scammer using exactly the same modus operandi. He may be the same lad as you're baiting.
Even if he's not you will find some helpful hints and some kindred spirits in there. |

I'm pretty certain this is the same lad I'm baiting. And just for the hell of it, I'm trying to turn mine into a love bait |

i think next i will have to say i have had an email from them stating that the payment was refused!

^^ there are never too many questions. Slap a lad if he thinks you're asking too many.
Also, don't play your hand too early. Scammers won't fall for someone who is incredibly excited at the get go. Best to pretend to be dumb and cautious. |
