I have looked at it, read about it, even registered. Can any of the learned baiting fraternity enlighten me as to what the hell it is for?

It's a way to get paid very little for doing menial jobs that can't be done by a computer. It really suits people in countries with low incomes more than the USA/Western Europe/etc
