Does anyone do anything with these guys? I hear they're mostly in Russia and advertising fake Tamiflu.

There's not much to do about them, they operate websites using shady, criminal hosts, and these criminals are associated with mafia.

Just make sure your acquaintances are aware of the scam, to try and avoid them getting their money stolen.
