Got a lad who has a lawyer in Ivory Coast but has sent me a passport scan of a Phillipino lady that he says is him and looks genuine so has he stolen this passport scan from this woman or what ? Her name is Julita Tuguinay, any ideas ?

I have a pic of the passport on uploadeater but don't know how to put the pic on the forum, tried a couple of different ways but I'm stumped, help appreciated.

Well, what does it look like? May we see?

EDIT: Oh yeah, don't forget to vandalize it with a big red "FAKE" when you upload it so that it can't be recycled.
