No, the fries and goat are still mysteries, but by now I'm not sure I want to know the answer.

As for TSnerd's icons, I'm not sure I want to know those answers either. It seems that every time someone looks for answers regarding siggy icons (other than those explained in official threads), all kinds of strange things happen.
