I noticed a few cars selling well below their market price so I inquired and the reply indicated a scam to me. But how does it work. He tells me he has to go thru EBAY and the car must be shipped to me and I would get my money back if not satisfied. What about this obvious scam?

^ No, I don't think I have. Generally I find that they aren't as baitable as other lads, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't bait them.
