This seems rather odd:

Not all links (eg home) work. Elsewhere it pretends to help people against scams by showing them sample fake documents but for $100 they can see them all. (http://www.nigerianscams.org/BAM.htm)
Actual link above takes you to Members Area where it is obvious site is repository for scammers.
What to do?
