I sent a tell me more email, the one at the bottom is the reply. I then waited a week and sent the one in the middle. They then reply with the name of the person that I said I sent the money to.

I would be tempted to tell him that of course I'm happy to pay the further fee, but it will have to wait a little while, due to the little problem I told him about before, when he called.....

Inline with this directive, we would be proud to say that the man you call Mr. James Mark is not part of MSF Charity Home. For your information everything you send to Mr. James Mark can not be account for as he is not part of this office, in other go get this funds which MSF Charity is giving out to you, you have to follow the proceedings of this office and call Mr. Jan Otten for further instruction on how to claim your Reimbursement Funds.

I'll have to ask him about the email I got from them sign by James Mark.
By the way this is only the 5th email from them. They were off scrip by number 3.
