Since me haven't replied for 2 days lad requesting for disclaimer letter

Here is his letter format

It seems you are not willing to effect the neccessary payment for the tranfer of your winnings. However, if you are not willing to make the payment kindly fill this attached letter as an evidence that you are willing to forfeit your winnings so that your winning funds can be returned back to the LOTTERY BOARD as an unclaimed fund.

Moreover, if you wish to continue with your claim proess, you are thereby advise to source for fund and effect the payment without any further delay.

Acknowledge receipt of this email for further correspondence.
