One of my lads, who must be getting suspicious of me by now, has just sent me a fake "Verify your gmail account" email asking for my account details including of course password. He used his usual computer as the IP is his. (To their credit Google did identify it as spam.) I replied giving my correct gmail ID and the name I am using on that account, both of which he knows anyway. For a password I made one up with lots of upper case 'i's in the middle. First of all a lot of IIIIIIII in a row need some concentration to work out how many are there, so he will think he got it wrong and try again and (hopefully) again and again and again. Secondly, depending on what font he is using, it could also look like a number 1 or a lower case 'l'.

Just hope he doesn't use copy-and-paste. Wink

For future reference, it can be very fun to give them long and confusing codes, passwords, numbers, et cetera in the format of an image that looks just like text but cannot be highlighted and copied directly.

Also, to get him back on the hook, you could open another Gmail account and fill it with authentic-looking sent mail from your baiting character. Then give him the login details for it.
