Hi all

Hope this works, not tried inserting a link before:

http://www.primrose-london.co.uk/whole-house-rat-and-mouse.php

Anyone had any experience of these? Are they worth the money? I'm being visited regularly and would like some way of deterring the little buggers. I do use the traditional wooden traps at the moment, but don't like having to deal with the bodies afterwards. Seem to be mixed reports about these gadgets.

I did try humane traps, but the mice just jumped right over them!

Cheers,
C

Think how you'd feel if they chwed through some cables and left you powerless! It sort of focuses the mind against the squeamishness?

We tried cats, humane traps, poison, but in the end the old fashioned, wooden traps worked the best. A little bread with chocolate paste on it works like a charm.

At my dad's I put down cotton wool balls with a bit mint oil on them.
It seems to work as a deterrent.

I had a renter place one in a detached garage. The neighbor had to contact his landlord, who in turn had to contact me into going there. I could hear it from the driveway. I don't know if they work on rodents.

I use live capture traps. Catch and release. I've mail ordered from this company several times now and purchased their mouse traps off the shelf at the DIY store.
