Just a quick question for those with better knowledge of IP addresses than me!

I have been in transaction with C4pt Sc0tt Wr1ght about shipping out some of Saddams greatest treasures from Iraq. The shipment has finally reached Africa and the handling company...

Capt Dickhead writes from the IP below:
41.207.192.176 Cote D'Ivoire (Abidjan)*

And the shipping company writes from:
196.201.74.54 Cote D'Ivoire (Dabou)*

Is this another lad? His grasp of english is worse than capt dickheads (whose english isn't too bad to be fair - although he claims to be a Force Man whose GOD loves him and his M16).

Have I been passed up the chain? or maybe down given the drop in language quality!
