I was thinking of promoting my new website for scammers via guestbooks, but I understand that most lads don't bother reading them.
I am trying Surplus lists, which I think will be the best option.
Are there any other techniques you use to attract mugus to your website?

You can try an ASEM. Make up a quick e-mail about your site, with some sort of bait to lure them in to your site. E-mail to as many lads as you can.

Every time you send an email, make sure you put the site address after your signature, sites soon get passed around to other lads.

I've done ASEM's before and have worked quite well, I tend to just build a massive list of lads and then mass mail them, also attaching your addy to your mail sig is a good idea as already mentioned.
