Heres our convo, note how he speaks perfect english, and uses large words. The only thing throwing me off is, if hes smart enough to speak english, why cant he tell im lying lol look

Has he ever sent you an e-mail before? If so, check the IP address. Easiest way to find out.

Get him to send you an e-mail. Ask him for an alternate e-mail address if he uses GMail.

Psychoanalyzing someone over the internet to find out whether they're a badger, a scammer, or an innocent is close to impossible. I made that mistake once and lost one of the best baits I had going. Stick to hard evidence.
