Alright here it is, somewhat long read but i can't figure this one out!

Dear George Hedge,

unfortunately lost his live three mounth after the incident due to
injuries he substained in the bombing , since then I have made several
inquiries to your embassy to locate any of my client extended
relatives but this has proved unsuccessful.
After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to track his last
name to locate any of his relatives hence I have contacted you to
assist in repatriating the fund valued at US$10.5 million left behind
by my client before it gets confiscated or declared unserviceable by
the Unitrust Security Company in Lome/Togo where this huge amount was
deposited in a trunk box under the coverage of family valuables. The
said security company has issued me a notice to provide the next of
kin or have this box confiscated within the next twenty one official
working days as they don't know the content of the box.
Since I have been unsuccessfully in locating the relatives for over
2years now,I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to
the deceased,so that the proceedings of this boxes can be transfer to
you.Therefore, on receipt of your positive response,we shall then
discuss the sharing ratio and modalities for transfers as I have every
necessary information and legal documents needed to back you up for
claim.
All I require from you is your honest cooperation to enable us see
this transaction through. I guarantee that this will be executed under
legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the
law.

Sorry for my late response to your email I travel out of the town and
I just check my email and I saw your message.

You might not be related directly but bearing the same surname makes you legally qualified to this claims and I have information to back up the transaction and also understand that this offer is honourable and must betaken very serious. Though, I know very well that the letter must came to you in surprise, but do not be surprised, the business was an opportunity to me and my family, hence my action to contact you, to enable you assist us execute it.

Notwithstanding, as a matter of facts and as it may interest you to
know more about this transaction. The Boxes that I want us to moves into your country is not my money or my relative’s money. The box
belongs to my late client, who unfortunately lost his life three month

Like I said in my first Letter to you, I am the Personal Attorney to
the late ( Mr.Robert Hedge) He was a Citizen of your country, but
Nationalised in Togo during his life time and he was a contractor with
European Development company here in Togo and also owned two Companies during his life time, but the Government closed and folded all his Companies last year and if time is not taken, the Security Company will as well confiscate the said boxes(S) and declares it as abandon property but I noticed that with my power as a Lawyer, (me and you) can claim and withdraw all the money instead of my government.

I have made several enquiries to locate there extended family or
relative without success. After these several unsuccessful attempts to
locate his relation, I decided to track his last name to locate any of
his relatives hence I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the
fund valued at US$10.5 million left behind by my client before it gets
confiscated or declared unserviceable by the Security Company.

And the Security Company where he deposited the fund ($10.5 Million)
has issued me a final notice to forward the details of a NEXT OF KIN
to my deceased client, for the claims of the Box or have it
confiscated at the expiration of the said deadline.

The reason being that the Box has been dormant (unserviceable) in the
Security Company since the death of my deceased client. It’s as a
result of this that I am seeking your consent to present you as the
next of kin to the deceased, so that the proceeds of this Box from the
Company can be delivered to you, for our own benefit.

Therefore, I need your full guarantee to cooperate with me and full
assurance that I will receive my commission as soon as the Company
release/transfers this Box to you through your address in your
Country. Its quite very necessary that we agree on what I will be
entitled to, for my assistance to claim the Box, with all the
necessary back up. I have the secret access code and other information which are most vital for successful claim of this box without any hitch.

All I required from you is your honest cooperation to enable us see

representatives and for Investment.

will fill with your information’s; i.e. your name and address,
telephone and Fax numbers if any, The Application Letter should be
directed to the Company as soon as you filled it up for approval of
the Cargo/Shipment of the Boxes to you.

If the Company receives it, they will invite me for investigation of
you claim. All you have to do is to revert to me for directives, as
soon as you were contacted by the Company, so that I will be directing you on what to do.

Hi, I deleted a duplicate thread so you didnt get replies in both.

For a start, someone should check out that website, its all of 5 days old, and post it in the fake sites forum for killing if necessary.

Well, at this point you might want to ask about the dead guy; exactly how he made his money. It'll buy you time to work out how to tackle his demand for a phone number.

/\/\ You might be right, it isnt a security company as you lad says, but a Economic Development Organization. I think your lad is a cheapskate and hopes noone does contact them for verification.

The site is a complete fake and needs to be killed. I know this because I have been killing their other fake sites that were identical to this one. Here is the thread from a previous one: http://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=168046

I am out of town and have a horrible connection on a laptop at a Panera Bread coffee shop at the moment, so if someone would so kind as to take this information to Fake Banks, I am sure a site killer would love to send this one to the grave too!

I actually baited this guy a couple weeks back. He used the same WAREDO storyline and everything. He told me to email [email protected] with my Text of Application and that eventually led to his site being terminated... Very Happy

One more thing about this lad...he will eventually ask you to meet him to take care of this business deal, or he will do it on your behalf. You may be able to get a safari out of him if you tell him you're stranded in some place and need to be picked up after agreeing to meet with him.

As for the Text of Application...I opened that up in photoshop and signed it using the pencil tool and sent it back to him. He accepted that.
