possibly because family names and given names are reversed in some parts of nigeria,
and they maybe aren't sure what our norms are.

I have worked with 2 Micheal Jacksons and one Micheal Douglas so far - and I've only been employed for 5 years!  Of course there is good natured teasing about the similarity, but it's not unheard of to have the same names. |
