Nasty scammer takes over charity ... help with a massbait?

I really dislike this Lad and would be grateful for some help. Evil or Very Mad

He has compromised the e-mail box of a well-known head of a charitable health foundation here in Thailand, and is using it to send out "I am stredded in hash conditions here in London, please send money."

My concern is that the Lad has found a potential goldmine of concerned victims (two people here have brought this to my attention) and urgently needs some serious misdirection.

I believe (though I'm not sure) that the Lad is a Nigerian living in Thailand, despite his claim to be in London (GMail, so no useful IP info).

The address is of an arty bar and restaurant called "The Drawing Room" but a look on Google street view shows it's got flats above it so maybe the lad is in London or has a London accomplice?

My ultimate goal for this mass bait would be to get the Nigerian contact here comfortably lodged at the Big Tiger but for now I would settle for disrupting a potentially lucrative and particularly nasty scam.
