If he's got secondary liver cancer where is it ? - presuming that the primary cancer is liver cancer.

With or without cancer he needs to be treated with a humane killer, and it might be the only way to increase his IQ.

Couldn't a secundary liver cancer be a metastasis of, let's say, a primary testicle cancer?

But I agree, this is bad. I think he needs to drench himself in some other stuff to get cured.
