ETA: Your not giving us very much to go on, don't you have any e-mails or websites to go along with your question?
ETA2: You'll notice I haven't made any conclusions about this 'company' based on the info I found. Going on the quote in this post it could either be a scam or a real company with a very bad service.

It seems to be around for 6 years, that's rather unusual for fraudsters. If the website wasn't hosted in China I'd say 'legit'. Not too sure now, because Chinese hosters are usually lax in suspending fake websites that were reported. I'm sill leaning towards legit though, because of the internet presence, which is unusual for fraudulent websites.

As MoP said: that doesn't mean that this company is doing it's job properly though. Google is your friend Smile
