A national radio station talked yesterday about vlads.
Apparently, the Russian embassy here in Belgium receives these times 1 or 2 complaints EVERY DAY from men having sent money to Russian women (off course via WU essentially), and getting nothing in return.
It's not this few, as our country counts only 10 million inhabitants.

I had a friend fall for this.. even after i told him scam.. he didnt send much money but did send flowers and less than $500 of stuff over a year or so. He was planning on going to visit her too.
I am sure there could have ben a slight % she was after a green card. |
