While we don't deal with phishing here at Eater, it is good to report them. The most effective way is to find the contact address at the real bank and send it to them. They'll make sure it gets shut down.

Is there a way I can find out where the site is hosted and get the host to block the site or something.
I have reported it to the bank already, ill see how long it takes to get shut down.

Doing anything other than just reporting it to the spoofed entity is really a waste of time, although there are some sites that track phishing pages; Firefox is also pretty good at identifying fraudulent web pages.
Some phishing sites also contain malware, so if your security isn't up to snuff, you can run into issues there.
Fakers: many, many, lots; an SSL and a couple of Resellers.
