You never know, he really could be 15. The last thing you need is to be trying to arrange a meeting in RL with a kid. Doesn't matter that it never happens, the paedo laws are pretty strict on that.

I'd say get ready to drop the bait. Email him to say as he is under 18 you cannot communicate with him via the internet due to the protection of minors act or something. More importantly, as he is under 18 you cannot possibly enter into any sort of business transaction with him as it would have to be approved by his legal guardian - he isn't permitted to do international business at his age.

I'd say he'll suddenly become 45 again, or he'll suddenly produce a set of parents. It's a good modality he has - 'I only do WU coz I is a kid' saves him all sorts of collection grief. See if you can find anything on WU site about having to be 18 to collect money.

If your character is in the UK, you won't be able to deal with the lad as "Money transfers are restricted to people 17 years and older. " according to the .co.uk website. Can't find a similar notice on the .com website.
