This cropped up out of the blue in an account that's not been seeded to guestbooks but was on a shuttle a while back.

So I'm assuming it's a scam but it's a format I've never seen before:

I have the same guy trying to sell me 300.000MT of deicing/road salt,

I have aske him for SGS reports and bill of loading from former clients, norman bizz on this level, lets see what he says,
