I'm in the planning stages of a bait, and was wondering, which of the free phone number services have the longest message on the answerphone, and the longest amount of time for the actual message?

I'm needing something that's at least 5 minutes from when the answerphone picks up e.g: Thank you for calling X, remember, the details are A, B and C. Here is the phrase again. If you are still interested, after the tone, please leave your phrase, your name and a contact email or phone number.

And perhaps 5 minutes for the message e.g: Hi, this is Ted, my contact is [email protected] and my number is boopbeepboop. The phrase is lalalalalalalala. Thanks!

you could try dmclub.net which has a virtual switchboard with 'dial 1 for xxx, 2 for yyyy,' etc -

thanks! I managed to find free-to-me numbers... now that I've had more sleep

I wish I have more free time when my brain is more alert to toy with voiceXML

better yet I have used the information feature to 'simulate' "say the name of the person you are trying to reach" a pause "name not recognized" .. repeat cycle
