I need help - Nigerian Scam on a charity

I am here because I have not baited a 419 scam ever before - BUT - I found this site and its great! Loved the Trophy Room. I am here because I am a Chapter member of Wish Upon A Hero - a charity which reaches out to everyday people (Wishuponahero.com) in need. You can post a wish for anything - and of course - there are lots of scammers but people generally use discretion. I had not yet seen scammers from Nigeria - until today.

My hope is that someone with experience can either help me try and bait this person, or do it yourself. The person sent documentation to Administration to verify that their claim (needing to get sick fiance out of Nigeria and back to England - wanting 2000 GB pounds and I know they create all kinds of fake documents. Strange, he says that is the hospital number in Nigeria, actually, it's a phone number in Colombia, South America:

I slso note that he states his city as, Worcestershire, that's actually a county, not a city.
