Re: Alleged Payment without Confirmation

As against the background of payment scan copy of MoneyGram Money transfer
submitted to my office by Mr.Gordan Flash, at exactly Wed, April 15, 2009
2:23 pm, supposed to be the fee for the procurement of the Certificate of
Grant Merit Award as request by the UNGFS Grant award committee as
required of any beneficiary of our fund, I thereby state that such payment
was not verified as a result of the low and tiny resolution of the scan
receipt of the Moneygram which I attached therein.

Ma’am, I hereby ask your honourable office to look into this matter on
your esteem personal view point to determine if this payment was indeed
made by Mr.Gordan Flash, by asking him to confirm the said payment on this
information below to be able to determine if the payment was indeed made
in the true sense of it in other to exonerate my office of any
incompetence in handling my duties which I have been active for over 15yrs
of my active life.

I will also ask your office to withhold the decision of the UNGFS
Committee on the cancellation of Mr.Gordan award for today pending when
this allegation is prove.

Extensive intel could able be extracted from Mr.Frank Alex,UNGFS Director
of Operations African Region, as I did called him to verify the email send
to him by Mr.Gordan which he also give the same account as I stated above.
