Can a .co.uk domain name used for scamming be killed ? |

Post it in the fake sites forum.
Note though, that you usually can't kill the actual DOMAIN, but rather just the hosting. The same goes for .com, .net, .org. |

You could report it to nominet.
They would need proof that it is being used for illegal purposes.
They would then contact the registrar to have it removed. |

If it was in your spam-pot it could have been there for a reason, (other than the usual keywords) for instance a spoofed address where the email address and the senders domain don't match.
