I have a vlad/vladette on the line and she very quickly moved from chit chat to wanting to come see me to getting tickets to needing money. Is it too early to ask for a picture of her holding a sign with my name and if not, what's the best way to ask for it?

I don't do vlads yet...but I would think it is too quick - it sounds like they're still on script and I think for a vlad you need them to get off script...and then build a little trust.

I have heard that it is hard to get picture trophies out of vlads - I assume the reason is so many of them are named "boris" and their thick hairy chest just isn't what is expected in a trophy pic...

You wont get a trophy pic from a vlad that doesn't have access to the girl in the pictures. either way, you need to run them completely out of script and wait for the money requests.

You will see a few examples in teh eater uni regarding vlad baiting and the sticky has a few good ideas as well.

Vlads are hard to get to do anything for you at the best of times.

Check out teh archives at www.romancescam.com and if you see a girl who provides trophies, then that is the one for you to bait

A general tip with any bait is to know your pet before you start

You haven't said how long you have been baiting your little russian friend, But I would suspect, the request for tickets is built into her script.
Normaly when you get an early request, this is the way it's done.

If that is the case just ignore it, change the subject and wait till she's off script, which could be months away.

As for wanting photo's with loving signs, forget it, it's not about to happen anytime soon, Sometimes your flat out just getting a photo, and other times they will flood you with pictures. All are stolen of cause.
And Boris is not about to do a Photo chop, just for you. You might find if you do ask, and push the subject, they will drop you. Simply because in reality the girl does not exist. You would have more chance of getting a picture of her Mum.

Have you looked at the header, something tells me this might be a lad pretending to be Russian, it does happen sometimes when they steal each others script

Note the lack of space after after punctuation in many cases, vlads rarely do that and it seems to have happened a few times here.

If it is a lad it will explain why she ran out of script so fast, Lads are usually much faster to get to the money request

This bit is typical for a Vlad, they love to overuse excaimation marks

Yes it would be good if you could post the headers, then we would know for sure. I've been taken for a ride by a "badger" [baiter playing the part of a scammer] in the past.

But I'm delighted for you that your 3 day wonder is flying to join you. Wink

Just write back and tell her how happy you are, and you simply can't wait. You could explain that there is a freeze on Westen Onion and Moneygrab at the moment, So you will arrange for ticket to be made available at the Quantas flight desk, But expain it's a ticket only and can't be cashed in..
As for not having anything of value to put up as a bond, You could suggest she uses her mum as security. The old gilrls got to be worth something, It's called the glue factor. Confused

Mind you this little statement has some good possabilities
