As for the cast, he could just sit in a wheelchair with a blanket over his legs instead. That's what I'd do in his place. With what he probably has planned, he wouldn't have to fool anyone for very long.

I'd send a very irate letter from dad asking what happened?
Now she's talking about bringing someone else home? well, maybe he is a better choice...he'd prefer that she get married in america anyway, he can pull some rich friend strings and get a green card for him in a week...

And a nasty letter from the nurse is in order ... brother finally came home talking about leaving for america...it takes a week for passports & such to be processed, but he's going after her -

maybe another thank you from the brother - he's going to america, has the money and the girl -- an african's dream come true ... she even left him the money for everything he could possibly want...

And anyone else that can be thrown in there -- maybe have her start a lawsuit over the spent money (air fare, safari honeymoon, broken heart etc.) since he was the one who broke off the engagement (he did cause it afterall)...isn't that what rich americans do? sue each other?

Lol - I love how your keeping the lad going even though he won't get off his butt...
