Apparently some guy but he wont tell me who in Lome Togo a country I (nor have a lot of westerners who this scam is aimed at tricking) have never been to has sent me a load of Moneyram payments for no reason. For some reason, however, nobody working for Moneygram in Togo can sort this out for me and he has to travel their from Ghana to get these MTCN's released at a fee of course and I have to pay for his travel expenses too. Slick eh?  |
