The ladette said she could only ring me once because of security concerns so gave me a number where I could contact her. Accordingly I wrote it down but unfortunately I lost it so it'll mean she'll have to ring again.

Gosh I do hope your voicemail outgoing message isn't really rambling and long, that would be so annoying when (s)he calls you back at great inconvenience and expense to repeat the number you so clumsily lost (oops butterfingers... Hmmm, or butterboobs which is a different image altogether)

The lad rang me this time so that makes 2 calls. Last time it was a certain female. He asked me to call him and I said I will. My plan is I'm going to wait till I get another call and if it's him again I'll insist that his mother phones with the number she gave me during her first call. For security reasons of course.

can't be too expensive. I receive text messages a lot (seems they prefer this to really calling) - and they even write them, when they really lost hope and write crap like "pls make di payment now" or "please call be back". But its fun non-the-less.

As lads tend to be insisting that you call them, it is obviously a good idea to think up a very plausible reason why you cannot call back, using a discount-cell-phone-provider or a company-phone that does not supposrt international calls was my favorite here. Then I could call from a phone booth (and sometimes did) but soon it would be very expensive and I would be out of dimes. Thus convincing the lad of how serious I am (giving him list accounting all the money I have allready invested into the transaction by calls from the booth - in addition to ill gone payments) while encouraging him to make more calls and spend more money on me. Cool
