hey guys i have a lad wanting me to transfer money into a western union bank and give him a ten digit code any one any ideas of how the codes start... ive had him going for 2 weeks now so hes pretty peed off and ive used the excuses ive no bank account canany one help before i loose him ?

Hey there is a WU reciept generator around here somewhere. Maybe you could create a nice fake one with some coffe stain over the MTCN number.

Tell him that you dont know which number he is on about but you have attached the WU Reciept and that you are sorry you spilled coffee on it. It will show him your trying and frustrate him that the number is incomplete. When he complains say you will go to WU office again.

that help is great i got the lad a receipt and i accidently put 80000 in stead of 8000 oops wonder if he tells me hahah cheers people

If he gets boring, ask him to return the other �72,000 via Western Union, it'll confuse him.

Doubtless he'll first go through calling you 5 kinds of dog because he couldn't pick up the cash, but you can confirm it was picked up (implying by him) then one of your characters can taunt him with the dollar chop whilst "you" keep annoying him for the overpayment.

haha ive just received an email back saying i need to send another 28000usd hahaah what more do they want... also i worked my way around the last receipt cheers guys

And that's the scam in action - bloody leeches telling to you're just one more payment away from your riches. Imagine if you had sent �8k, you'd probably consider another �2k if it meant not losing the �8k...I know guys here with victims who've paid over $100,000 and are still paying despite multiple warnings - they dare not believe they've lost $100k already so send more cash for that "one last payment".

Bait the buggers to hell and back, I'm now firmly on the "no pain too small" ethic, having started out with a degree of lad-hug in my heart - sadly they've proved themselves ruthless greedy life-ruining bastards too many times, and the arrogance and frequently racism is just horrendous.

yep ive sent another receipt for 28,000 dollars over western union and what a surprise they are no longer replying to emails... ill just kepp bugging untill i get a reply eh?

WU won't allow a transfer of that much in some locations. Your lad would know this, WU is their religion. It's good to find out the maximum amounts you can send overseas, that way you can mention it in your emails and your lad is confident about the transaction.

I think the usual cap for nigeria is $5,000.00 USD but I could be wrong.

This is why a lot of the times the payments they ask for are $4,800.00 or any random amount under $10,000 .. Sometimes they'll ask you for some insane amount of money and you have to make multiple installments of 5,000 or whatever the cap is.
