I've been waiting for Alan to close this lad's account. He keeps asking:
"Please give us the status of the check payment made to us through you."

I always reply with "it was not as much fun as I thought"

Today he writes (in all caps):
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?PLEASE BE SPECIFIC.....

Interesting to see how he replies. An alternative is you write to him saying

"Which part of 'it is not much fun as I thought' don't you understand?"
