If you are baiting from the US (or are pretending to be an American) then you should of course know that February (in the US) is Black History month.
Much of the world knows how much many people in the US (and even people outside of the US) are celebrating the first Black US president. It is a monumental achievement for democracy in the US as well as social and civic progress for all.

What if the US declared February to be Barak Obama month? An entire month that focuses on this great thing that has happened. Of course, WU and regional bank branches may be out of commission for much of the month.

Maybe they will give their workers time off in different areas for a week (Illinois will of course get the whole month off). An entire month worth of excuses to not send your lad anything bank or business related.

Just a thought, but I could imagine that it would be useful as a delay tactic. Maybe this month, the ONLY day WU and banks will be open is sunday (and of course, they are never open on sunday...)

You may think this is a stupid idea; but that is just because I am new here (I did not intend that to rhyme)

It might work seeing as lads can be so self righteous on little things such as skin color.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that there are plenty of excuses in your bag so I'm sure you could think of something else should this one fail for ya, which it might.
