Hello my long-lost Eater friends!

Hopefully at least a few of you will remember me. Embarassed

It probably seems like I dropped off the face of the earth. But I didn't - I just got sucked up into a really awesome job opportunity, which absorbed all my time and energy for the past year! Fortunately the job is going well (fantastically, actually) and things are finally settling down a bit, so I would love to get back to some baiting.

I've already started a couple of 'em. The hardest part is remembering everything! I used to be so active, I had my favorite modalities and knew exactly what to do for each script I got...but I'm struggling now trying to remember how to do this! Oh well, I'm sure it'll all come back to me eventually. I won't be able to devote as much time as I used to - back when I was so heavily involved, I was working as a freelancer at home, and now I'm a full-timer at a large company. But every time I get another script in my email (and I've been getting more and more of them lately), I feel guilty that I'm not doing anything about it - because I'm among the relative few on this planet who CAN do something about it! I feel an obligation.

So I'm back. My baits are in the early stages and boring so far, but if any of you remember any of my former baits, you know that I LOVE the creative writing aspects of this activity. Hopefully I'll have some wildness worthy of posting going on soon enough. Twisted Evil

There have been a few changes shile you were doing so well. Some of the Mods have switched name badges. We have bcome a kinder and gentler Eater (well, for a week or so during the Valentine's Day thread anyway). Too bad you weren't here for the V-day thread. (Will you be mine for next year? Surprised

)

Take it easy getting back into baiting. It is kind of like riding Lance Armstrong's stolen bike, you never forget. Cool

That ebony handle, with the elephant hair bristles, and the faint smell.... As I recal there were squichy noises and snail trails, too.

I was relieved when Bohigal came back! Cachuma, you vanished! I It is so nice to see your name in pixels.... now, two of the most awsome baiters, back from the sojourn amongst the non-baiting unwashed....

You should feel guilty. Not only have the lads had a hey day in your absence, but this forum has just gotten duller than dog shit placed into a sweltering car in a Tucson parking lot for a prank.
