I just received this from one of my mugus. I have not seen mugus use this tactic before. He is sending me the money by the way, not.

You can actually check to see if the M7CNs are valid on the WU site.
Did you put the "**"s there or did the lad do that?

If they are valid then pm them to one of our esteemed moderators.

I imagine it is just a new twist on the fee step. The WU address will lead you to your standard banker or lawyer type of character--they have something you need to get the money (in this case the last 2 digits of the MTCN)--but it will cost you. You will have to pay some kind of WU fee to release those digits.
