Hello All!
I am doing my first bait (safely, of course) with a lotto lad where I've won the Belgian Lottery. We are at the point where he refers me to an attorney to represent me since I can't travel there in person to collect my winnings. I googled the attorney name and it appears they have used the name of a real attorney in that country, but changed the email address to (the attorney's name) @ msn.com.
Does this site notify real people that their identity is being used by scammers?

The msn.com site hasn't a clue who is using their site or for what purpose. Bait on! |

It can be polite to inform the (real) Barrister that their name is being used in vain. They probably know already, but in case they don't, now they do. If they ask you what they can do about it, suggest they try a letter/fax to MSN. It won't solve the problem, but may move it on to less vigilant targets. |
