Cowboy Buck helps out a fighting US contractor in Iraq

Received the original email in my HotMail catcher account.

Baited these lads from October 4, 2008 to November 11, 2008, a one-month period.

Cast:
Lads:
John T. England Jr., Contractor, US Military, Iraq
Gary Willmoth, OCC Security & Delivery, Central London, England

Baiter:
William "Buck" Jones, Cowboy and Ranch Manager

The contractor found some "oil money".

Naturally the flag-waving Buck wants to help out the heroic American contractor.

First letter promising the money:

Dear Friend

I hope my e-mail meets you well. I am in need of your
assistance. My name is John T. England Jr. of the
Contract Unit of US Military here in Baghdad in
Iraq; we have about $10.2 Million US dollars that we
want to move out of the country. My partners and I
need a good partner out there, someone we can trust to
receive the funds on our behalf. It is oil money and legal.
We have made arrangements with a Diplomatic Courier
Service that will move the funds out of Iraq as a
Family Treasures, also we have made arrangement to transfer the said fund
through Bank of Baghdad depending on what you want, The most important
thing is;
"Can We Trust you"? Once the funds get to you, simply take out
20% as your share and keep the remaining 80% for us.
Your own
part of this deal is to
find a safe place
where the funds can be sent to, ours is sending it to
you safely.

Also you can view the Link http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/2988455.stm
If you are interested I will furnish you with more
details upon receipt of your response and contact
details. But I can assure you the whole process is
simple and we must keep a low profile at all times.

I look forward to your reply and co-operation.
Regards,
John T. England Jr.

Hello friend,

Thanks for your interest and concern in assisting me in this transaction. I look
forward to work hand in hand with you to accomplish this great objective. I have
the trust in you that we will

conclude this transaction without any hindrance, and I will like you
to accord me every benefit of trust as well, as this transaction
requires mutual trust, dedication and understanding to achieve this
golden objective.

I am obliged to give you the details of this transaction and how it is
expected to be carried out successfully. I will also let you get the
clear picture of this transaction.

First, I made some inquiries on how the Iraqi banks operate in

International Transactions.; I met an Iraq banker who informed all I
need to know. He said as a foreigner, I must present to the bank my
identification card before they allow me to make any international
transfer because of the new Iraq Law. I will not like them to know

that I am US soldier. I don't want the bank to suspect me or to be
questioned by the bank authority when they see a U.S Army officer
transferring such huge fund.

For
the urgent need of the transfer of the fund in the box, I was fortunate
i ran into an old friend, a UN officer by name Dr. David Solomon, who
works here in Iraq, who was about to travel to London (UK). I pleaded
with him to help me transport the boxes out of Iraq

to London. I told him the box belongs to an Iraqi friend of mine who
wants to leave Iraq because of its violence, which he agreed.

He left Iraq to London with the box of money with a Red Cross
chattered
cargo flight going to London yesterday night with the boxes and i asked
him to help deposit the boxes in a security delivery firm for security
and delivery purposes.

There is nothing to worry about as every arrangement has been solidly
perfected. I am willing to pay 10% for your role as the beneficiary
Partner to the funds. Also, a subsequent 10% "Management Commission"

will be paid for your advised investment services. A further 5% will
be used to write off any expenses incurred in the course of
transferring the principal sum; So to say you will be entitled to a
total percent of 25% of the total amount for your kind assistance. If

this is OK by you or not, do well to notify me.

Most importantly, you will be required to:

[1]. Act as the original beneficiary of the funds.
[2]. Receive the funds into a business/private bank account.

[3]. Invest/Manage the funds.

Finally, I want you to note that this transaction demands utmost
secrecy and confidentiality for our best interest and for our mutual
benefit

Please provide me with your information:

Your Full Name:
Sex:
Address:
Telephone:
Alternative Email:
any photo identity

He
wrote me saying he will get in contact with me today to give me contact
details of the security company. therefore, for urgent purposes, i
need the following information urgently as to forward to him to make
this deposit with so that there will not be much queries when you
contact them for delivery.

Thank you.

Dear friend,
For the urgent need of the transfer of the fund in the box, I was fortunate
i ran into an old friend, a UN officer by name Dr. David Solomon, who
works here in Iraq, who is about to travel to London (UK) for a UN summit in E.U
headquarters in Brussels. I pleaded with him to help me transport the boxes out
of Iraq to London since he has immunity and will not be searched by the
authorities. I told him the box belongs to an Iraqi friend of mine who wants to
leave Iraq because of its violence, which he agreed.

He left Iraq to London with the box of money with a Red Cross
chattered cargo flight going to London yesterday night with the boxes and i asked
him to help deposit the boxes in a security delivery firm for security

and delivery purposes. According to our conclusions, the boxes have already left
iraq because we have to be fast in doing this. We have moved the boxes out of
Iraq and they are now in the UK.
Immediately i receive the deposit information and contact of the delivery
company, i shall forwarding them to you so you can contact them for immediate
delivery to your home address. Your details are urgently needed just as the
deal demands.

I wait to hear from you.
Thanks
Jon

Subj: I have some questions about this project

Dear John T. England Jr.;

Thank you for your email and the information, but I have some questions
about this project.

This project of yours sounds like it could be rewarding for both of us,
and would help both of us to realize our dreams.

I am single and work as the manager of the Sundance Ranch, a cattle ranch
and mining property located in Southern California, 40 miles from the nearest
town of San Bernadino.

Before I send you more of my personal details, could you answer
some questions about this project you propose?

This is a very large sum of money.
How do we move it out of Iraq without the officials noticing?

Sincerely,

William Jones

This sounds like a good deal but I really need to know a few things
about it before we continue.

I am sorry but I have done some more thinking about this project
and I have some more questions:

This sounds very dangerous.
Will I get into trouble with my government?

Sincerely,

William Jones

boxes are in the UK where it has been deposited although we told the company
that the content of the boxes were 'family treasures' which is meant for a
friend of ours back home in the states so already all you have to do is to
contact them directly with these contact information as regard immediate
delivery to you as the beneficiary of these boxes .this is the full contact
information of the Security & Delivery firm .

Dear William ,

Thank you for your mail and lets get things cleared out, you do not have to make
any tax payment because these boxes will come through a diplomatic delivery to
your address so there will be virtually no need for that, all i think you will
be needed by the delivery company is their CIF charges which you have to contact
them to give you instructions i think i have already sent you their email
contact, please contact them so as to begin delivery immediately

Thanks

Dear John T. England Jr.;

Please ask Mr. Gary Willmoth to contact me via email as it is easier
for me to relate to someone if I have an introduction to him first.

Otherwise an email I send to him might be treated as "unsolicted" and
not be read or considered by him.

By the way, I am located in California, not India.

Dear John T. England Jr.;

I may be able to send the money to Mr. Gary Willmoth, OCC Security & Delivery,
tomorrow or Wednesday.

I have to spend today at the ranch escorting two mining engineers around the
ranch property.

They are looking at an old gold mine which operated during the 1880's and 1930's.

Our greedy ranch owner thinks he can reopen the mine and make a lot of
money from it because the price of gold has gone way up.

The ranch manager has arranged that I should get a bonus payment for assisting
the engineers with their work.

William Jones

Williams,

Greetings,

This transaction is getting way too long than expected,no assurance of its
completion from your side, no update so far.

I'm really worried because i need this to be completed ASAP so as to be sure my
boxes are in a safe and secured hand for further investment purposes.

Kindly hasten up as we do not have much time on our side.

Thanks and God Bless.

John

Dear John T. England Jr.;

Please contact OCC and ask them to write to me.

I may be able to go into town tomorrow to the Western Union office and send
the money to them, but I have to hear from them first.

Hey Williams,

What is really going on? My dear if you are not willing to do this
deal why don't you come clear and let me know what to do next rather
than keep me waiting, you are over delaying this transaction which
suppose to have ended on or before now.this is a huge transaction
going on and your not been serious with it.

You have full access to the Security Firm why don't you write them
yourself and sort out with the company with whatever they need to make
sure the boxes gets to you.

Your getting me confused everyday and you are not helping matters.

John

Dear Mr. Gary Willmoth, OCC Security & Delivery;

Thank you for your email and the instructions.

The Western Union office called me late on Friday and said that they had
a computer problem and never sent the money.

I will visit their office on Monday and try and straighten things out.

Subj: URGENT ATTENTION

Attn: William Jones,

This is OCC Security & Delivery once again on your delivery. We received your
previous email message and its content well understood. You do not seem to
comprehend the implications of having not met the demand by our company to start
delivery of your consignment in our custody as it may incur dumorage any moment,
which may hinder the whole process.

We advise you to hasten up in procuring all necessary requirements to further
this transaction with our company immediately to avoid further delays which may
hamper this delivery.

When are we expecting this fee to reach our desk?

We do hope you have been advised accordingly.

Subj: Thank you for your email and the information

Dear John T. England Jr.;

Thank you for your email and the information.

I did not think you were Gay, but I did wonder about the "my dear" references.

I have been away from the ranch and in town all day yesterday for the election.

In American small towns, election day is a holiday, sometimes
the schools are closed, and people like to party, no matter if their
candidate wins or loses.

This morning I have a "hangover" and not up to conducting much business,
also the banks and such places are either closed or running short hours.

Sincerely,

William Jones

Hello William,

I hope you're doing well. Am pretty confused as i've not heard from you for
quite sometime now. What is going on, is there any problem? Have you made all
settlement with the delivery firm? What is the setback this time? Kindly do keep
me updated on events and also hasten up on the outstanding settlement of any
kind with the delivery company so they can begin delivery. This is taking way
too long than expected.

John.

Dear John T. England Jr.;

You really confused my with the "my dear" references in your emails.

I was wondering what was going on, and what kind of relationship you
wanted with me.

I thought that our transaction was purely financial, and your emails
made me wonder.

This confusion has caused me to go off the timeline with OCC as I
had to think things over.

I will need some assurances from both you and OCC that this deal
is still going on.

Sincerely,

William Jones
