I don't know about Africa, but I've seen addresses in the Caribbean listed like that.

The address SEEMS real enough... Now if you search for the address on Google Earth or Google Maps you will see something interesting...

On the top right hand side you'll see a reddish parking lot next to Cedi House. Cedi House is real, there's even a picture of it in Panoramio.
And right behind Cedi House, more to the centre of the picture, you'll see a large open space where apparently buildings have recently been demolished. In Panoramio you'll even find a pic of the demolition in progress.
Now the lads have been known to use, even prefer non-existant addresses such as the addresses of buildings recently demolished. I have no way of being certain, but I for one wouldn't be surprised if the open space were the place where Heritage Towers once stood.
