Since Jan 1st 2009 the government and the westy and mg have been introducing new laws to combat fraud which your company and you as an individual must comply with and it is causing you major headaches too.
Forms must be filled to the laws satisfaction before they will authorise or allow you to send any money.
You are sincere as hell, but cannot leave yourself open to investigation.
If the lad has been burned then try for a bank to bank and report it for a piggy. |
