Its not the first time Ive been called one by a lad, but it is getting more frequent. All I did was tell him he had a form to fill out before western union would approve sending money to that part of the world. It seems some lads are getting savvy to our modalities

I think it's more about laziness or fear to discover his scam than knowing our techniques. If he knew for sure you were a baiter, I think he would start with his "OOOOOOOO SON OF A BATTTT OOOOOO" sh*t, or somehing like that.

Or he's got no idea and just bluffing. The reference to a joker shows he is aware of baiters or at least people that yank scammers chains. It appears that there are many people out there that have no idea that organised baiting exists (not that we are organised) Rolling Eyes

He may not understand the concept so it might be worth while questioning him about it in a round about manner.
This is also why we have to create new modalities from time to time.

You'd like to think that all the scammers we come across are as thick as pig-sh!t, and I imagine we are scaping the bottom of the barrel of 419 scammers. But, I'd also imagine that there are some smart cookies out there who can't be twisted round anybodies finger.

I always try to remind myself that this is my hobby, they are the pros.
