Cowboy Buck and Miss Franca, a lovely English Law Student, Part I

Received the original email in my main baiting email account.

Baited these lads from August 25, 2008 to November 3, 2008, a three-month period.

This was run mainly as a straight bait, producing my California Tax Form.

She did introduce me to her agent, a Mr. Lance Armstrong, who may own a bicycle or two.

This post is split into two parts due to size.

Cast:
Lads:
Miss Franca Wise, a Law Student of University of Newcastle, England
Mr. Lance Armstrong, the agent and money man

Baiter:
William "Buck" Jones, Cowboy and Ranch Manager

Her father died in a London terrorist attack and left her $45m in several
trunkboxes stored at an embassy.

For some reason, she can not pick up the boxes because she is a student.

First letter promising the money:

Subj: JONES WILLIAM, READ CAREFULLY AND GET BACK TO ME SOON FROM MISS FRANCA WISE.

Reply-To: [email protected]

Attn: Jones William,

I am Miss Franca Wise a Law student of University of Newcastle, England.
I am compelled to contact you concerning a business deal, which I
believe will be beneficial to you and me. My late father, Mr. William
Wise was a career diplomat. While In office, he was highly connected
because of his expertise in transfering money to coded accounts for
important Clients at short notices and without detection. Due to his
connections in high places, at the end of his tenure as an international
diplomat, he became acquainted with important European and African
leaders, politicians etc. who patronized him to help them transfer money
round the world and this he did with relative ease.

I was quite close to him and was privy to his business deals because he
used to intimate me. I was also aware of his numerous trips to Europe
and the America to make large cash deposits in several Banks. Recently,
my father came to London en route Liechtenstein to make large cash
deposits for one of his clients. We met on July 6th, 2005 at his hotel
room and on July 7th, 2005 I learnt that he was one of the victims of
the London Underground Terrorist attack in Circle Line train at Edgeware
Road that killed about 52 people and left many wounded at rush hour. You
can ascertain this at
(http://edition.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2005/london.bombing/victims.html) After
the recovery of his body, I and my other siblings were making
arrangements for his burial when on August,2005, one of the Embassy s
staff contacted me and informed me that my late father had deposited
some boxes in the storage House of which my name was submitted as the
Next of Kin and the sole
signatory for the release of the boxes. He also informed me that now
that my father was dead, he has to hand the boxes over to me.

Upon inspecting the boxes, I opened it and to my surprise, it contains
large sum of money to the Value of US$45 Million US Dollars. I quickly
closed the boxes and left it there as the embassy storage house did not
know what is the content in the boxes and also to bid time before i will
do anything so that the storm of the terrorist attack would fizzle out
before i take possesion or institute authorization. Due to my status
here as a student, i cannot be able to act with the funds or transfer to
my student's account due to the huge amount of money involved, hence my
decision to seek your help to help me move this funds from the shores of
this country to somewhere else due to the very high tax and financial
scrutiny and monitoring here and probably invest it there on our behalf.
We have devised an alternative way to accomplish this which upon your
response, i shall intimate you more about.

I wish to assure you that this business is 100% risk free and i would
like you to assume the beneficiary status of the funds on our behalf
before the transfer would ensue. For your assistance, i will offer you
20% of the total sum. Do contact me on this secure e-mail only, for
further correspondence:

I eagerly await your urgent response.

Yours truly,

Miss Franca Wise.

Attn:Mr.William Jones,

I acknowledge the receipt of your
mail.I wish to inform you that this funds are presently lodged in the
custody of a Cash Machine Card Company in their escrow unit due to the
huge amount of money involved so we wouldnt be using your bank account
to make any transfers till you receive the card in courier in person
and then you can activate the card and make and transfers you wish to
make to your account by yourself.

The procedure we are adopting
is to be able to have the funds sent to you in alliance with this ATM
Card company where the funds are presently lodged now in due time.Upon
the card getting to you as the beneficiary, you can be able to call up
the ATM Card company and activate the card online and start your
transfers or transaction online as you may require.
If you are keen
on this, kindly send me a copy of your identification so that i would
know who am dealing with as well as i shall draft a transaction
agreement that will bind us in the course of this transaction before we
can proceed and change the beneficiary status of the funds in the card
to your favour as would be enabled by the Court of Law here.
I
have to assure you that you would receive this card as the beneficiary
in person and will then ascertain the gebuinety of the transaction by
yourself as well.
I hereby send you a
copy of my identification as well so that you would know whom you are
dealing with and for identification proper.

I therefore await your immediate response and actions.

Subj: I have some questions about this project

Dear Miss Franca Wise;

This project of yours sounds like it could be rewarding for both of us,
and would help both of us to realize our dreams.

I am single and work as the manager of the Sundance Ranch, a cattle ranch
and mining property located in Southern California, 40 miles from the nearest
town of San Bernadino.

Before I send you more of my personal details, could you answer
some questions about this project you propose?

This is a very large sum of money.
How do we move it out of London or Liechtenstein without the officials noticing?

Sincerely,

William Jones

Subj: URGENT MAIL.

Attn: William Jones,

This is to acknowledge the receipt of your mail and your interest in
helping us out once again, i wish to assure you that you will never
regret ever dealing with us and we on the other hand urge you to treat
this transaction in a very honest and transparent way. I have no doubt
that this transaction will change our lives for good and we can only
achieve that by being committed and sincere with each other.
You have a very good and sound paraphenalia in business which i beleive
would stand us in a very good and positive course as far as the
investment and management of this funds are concerned profitably.

Be informed that this funds are not going to be moved out of the country
in cash because that would be very very risky and breaks international
law as regards movement of cash more especially here in U.K where money
laundering is a very serious and huge offence, so we cant put ourselves
in a situation where we would be flouting the law at all. The procedure
like i told you before is that the funds presently in an escrow account
with an ATM CARD Company would be changed to your beneficiary in your
name once i am satisfied of you by receiving your passport and getting
an affidavit of change of beneficiary status from the Court here, you
can then contact the Card Company and then they would have to send the
card to your private mailing address. Once you receive the card, they
would instruct you on how to get it activated so that you can be able to
make transfer online as well as have any other
transaction you or we might deem fit on our behalf.
This is the procedure and i hope it is swift and smooth because we
wouldn't like any harm to come to the funds.

I therefore await your response as regards your identification so that i
shall draft an agreement that would bind us in the course of this
transaction as well as secure an affidavit from the Court enabling you
as the beneficiary of the funds.

Regards,

Miss Franca Wise.

Thank you for your email and the passport copy.
You are a lovely woman and I would like to meet you sometime.

This sounds like a good deal but I really need to know a few things
about it before we continue.

I am sorry but I have done some more thinking about this project
and I have some more questions:

This sounds very dangerous.
Will I get into trouble with my government?

Attn: William Jones,

Thanks for your mail.Like i told you before,i am very much aware that
due to the huge amount of money involved in this transaction,it looks
very dangerous on the face of it and that explains why i had to work
very hard since the death of my father years ago to make sure that we
dont breach any law as regards the transfer and finally having to wish
to proceed with the transfers now, 3 years after my father's death.
Be informed that there is absolutely no way we are going to breach the
law in this transaction at all because everything has been taken well
care of and that expalins why we are going to the extent of securing a
sworn affidavit from the High Court here in London that would back the
funds up.This affidavit would be secured after we receive your passport
and then we shall give you a copy so that you know what we are doing.
I therefore once again urge you to send me your I.D so that i shall
forst of all prepare a transaction agreement that will bind us in the
course of this transaction and then to secure the affidavit and for you
to then contact the ATM Card Company.
I await your response.

Dear William Jones,
Thanks for your mail.I guess you are misinterpreting the whole scenario
here by insinuation the Ivory Letter headed Company with the
funds. Please be informed that Ivory does not have anything to do with
this transaction and no one plans to import ivory into the U.S.A
IVORY rather is the registered name my late father used to operate in
the U.K here before his demise, hence our using it as our official letter
identification,so IVORY or elephant IVORY has nothing to do with the
funds at all.Like I told you before, the funds are in the total of $45M
and shall be sent to you via the ATM Card Company which we shall futher

Dear William Jones,

Thanks for your mail.I wish to inform you that we were duly informed
that the card is now ready to be dispatched to you so that you can
activate it and start spending from therein as the beneficary and in
view of this that we need to pay the sum of 350(Three Hundred and

due to the amount of money involved they requested that it be done like
this.

I would therefore urge you to kindly send this required fee to our agent
so that he can offset this payment on your behalf since he has already
been making other miscallenous payments prior to this for us,hence
leaving us out of money.

Subj: URGENT REPLY FROM MISS WISE.

Dear William Jones,

Thanks for your mail. I wish to inform you that we were duly informed
that the card is now ready to be dispatched to you so that you can
activate it and start spending from therein as the beneficary and in
view of this that we need to pay the sum of 350(Three Hundred and
Fifty Pounds)being the cost of the insurance and courier service since
due to the amount of money involved they requested that it be done like
this.

I would therefore urge you to kindly send this required fee to our agent
so that he can offset this payment on your behalf since he has already
been making other miscallenous payments prior to this for us, hence
leaving us out of money.
You can send the money through Western Union Money Transfer to him(our
agent) with the below information:

Name: Lance Armstrong
Address: London.U.K

Do inform me as soon as you send the money so that i shall be able to
furnish him with the information of the transfer and more importantly
for the card to be dispatched to you.

I await your kind urgent response.

Regards,

Miss Franca Wise.

Dear Miss Franca Wise;

I understand that I am to send via Western Union 350 pounds to

Dear William Jones,

Thanks for your mail. You can send the 350 through Western Union Money
Transfer. You have to first of all find any Western Union Money Transfer
outlet around your area, this you can search by online or enquiring from
your bank for the nearest outlet.Once you locate the Western Union Money
Transfer outlet/office,you have to tell them that you wish to send the
aforementioned money to the mentioned recipient(Lance Armstrong)in
London and they would give you a form and direct you on how to fill it
and pay them the money with the charges. They would afterwards furnish
you with the Money Transfer Control Number and amount sent which you
have to send to us in full here so that our agent can cash it here and
make the payment on your
behalf.
Please try to do this by today or tommorow so that this card would be
dispatched to you immediately.

I await your kind urgent response and actions.

Subj: Required California State Tax Form for Western Union

Dear Miss Franca Wise;

I understand that I am to send via Western Union 350 pounds to
Mr. Lance Armstrong.

I went into the Western Union office this morning and they told me that I
needed a form filled out by the recipient of the money.

I am the manager of the Sundance ranch, a cattle ranch and mining property
located in Southern California, 40 miles from the nearest town of San Bernadino.

I have been informed that as a designated corporation officer, I must report
all financial transactions to the Califoria Office of Taxation.

This is a state law which was passed by the legislature and signed by
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on November 2, 2007.

I have to submit the completed and signed form to Western Union in order to
send money out of the State of California.

The form needs a hand-written signature before Western Union and the
State of California will accept it.

Please ask Mr. Lance Armstrong to fill out and SIGN the attached form and
return it to me quickly so that I can send him the money.

Attached: Form_CalTax_Corp.Jpg

William Jones

Dear William Jones,

Thanks for your mail. Please be informed that i cannot send you a scan of
the cash machine card because i dont have it.Remember i told you that
you have been made the beneficiary of the funds and as a result of
that, the card can only be dispatched to you as the beneficiary in your

fees are paid.
Do send me the information of the transfer once you send the money so

It seems that for every step forward we make, you tend to make a step backward.I
thought i have actually clarified all this issue you are raising now earlier to

as they would be seeking for your mailing address as to dispatch the card on

If you need any more evidence,i implore you to call them on their telephone

is: Tel: +44 870 44 60 582 or you can come down to U.K here and go to their

the overall interest of this transaction is in your mind,i beleive you should do
this and give us that benefit of doubt as you want us beleive you wish to do or
if not,you had rather tell us so that we shall stop wasting all this time with

regards your enquiry, the funds are lodged in their specialised ATM Account and
not in cash.

according to you, so why would doing it for the last time be a problem again?

This is the fastest medium that we can acheive this as cheque postage would take
time to get here, then he will have to pay it in to clear here before making use
of the cash and doesn't make any sense at all.

I therefore urge you, if you are sincere about sending this money to proceed to
the Western Union outlet and make this transfer by today i plead with you or if
not save us the time and let us know what we are doing.

Your Daughter,

Regards,

Miss Franca Wise.

Dear Miss Franca Wise;

How are you doing today?

Why do you have a problem with my sending a check to Mr. Armstrong?

I would be willing to wait while he cashes it and for it to "clear".

That would simpler for me than driving the 40 miles into town
and going to the Western Union office.

William Jones

Dear William Jones,

I dont have any problems with sending any cheque to Mr. Lance Armstrong but it
is not reasonable at all and it sounds so naive and lukewarm as far as we are
concerned in this transaction. You claimed to have been to Western Union outlest
severally with one problem or the other making you not being able to send the
money and then all of a sudden you can' t be able to go and send the money again
because you have to drive so far. How does that sound to you and how does that
sound like objectively?

I beleive you dont want to help us because if you really do, you dont have to be
playing all this games with us.

If you really sending this money for the final time, let me know and if you are
not, inform us so that we shall find someone else to help us out as we are too
mature and serious for this childish games and petty excuses

Miss Franca Wise.

Dear Miss Franca Wise;

How are you doing today?

I am tired of going to and calling Western Union because your
Mr. Armstrong can't complete a simple financial transaction.

I sent him the money but Western Union tells me that it hasn't
been picked up.

What is keeping him?
He seems fixated on Western Union, why is that?

Why do you trust him, but jump on me?

Love,

William Jones

Dear William Jones,

I dont really understand what you are talking about at all.How do you mean by
Mr.Armstrong cant complete a simple transaction, when you did not send any money
to him? When did you send any money that Western Union says hasnt been picked up?
If you have sent the money as you allege, where is the information of the
transfer as a result? Please do be serious and tell us what is going on as i am
getting very uncomfortable with all this games now.

He isnt fixated on Western Union but you promised to send the money through
Western Union on our advise for expediency reasons;moreover i dont trust him and
jump on you, rather you have your own mutual obligation to carry out which you
have not done and the onus is not on him to act if there is no duty for him to
do,hence my urging you to do what you have to do if you are genuinely keen on
doing that.

If you are sending this money,do send it.If you are not, kindly tell us and lets
know and devise another means.
We shall take it that you are not disposed to doing this if you come up with
another thing again.

Regards,

Miss Franca Wise

Dear Miss Franca Wise;

How are you doing today?

I did not promise to send the money through Western Union.

You and Mr. Armstrong wanted it that way.

I would prefer to send a check or money order.

However, Mr. Armstrong's preference for Western Union has caused
many problems, and I am tired of constantly calling or visiting
their office here in Bakersfield.

Let's do it a better way.

William Jones

send us a letter of change of beneficiary status of the funds so that the
beneficiaru status of the funds would be changed to some else's name who is

sincere intentions for this transaction. As a result if you are not going to send
this money through Western Union Money Transfer as i suggested and which you

funds immediately as we dont want to waste time over this over and over again.

Dear Miss Franca Wise;

How are you doing today?

Western Union is getting fed up with my visits and complaints to them and
their clerk told me that the next time they would just refund my money.

If you have any more problems, can you suggest another method of sending
the money?

Suppose I were to mail it in cash (US hundred dollar bills) to your man?
I could send him the money in bills with extra for his trouble.

Please advise me of your wishes.

Dear Willaim Jones,

I dont understand what you mean by Western Union is getting fed up.Dont think i
am just a fool by granting you benefit of time for this and which it seems you
are just trying to exploit and abuse.Getting fed up about what??? What have you
done to warrant them getting fed up?? Do you not pay charges if you use their
services?? It is very senseless and a stupid talk to say that. What money are
they refunding you?? Did you deposit any money with them in the first instance?
If you did actually deposit any money with them, then authorise them to send it
as i earlier directed you and it is that simple and stop all these games.
There is no other better means of sending the money and if you cant send simple
Western Union,i wonder how you can be able to do otherwise.
Like i said before, kindly send us a change of the beneficiary status of the
funds if you are not sending this money through Western Union Money transfer
today as we have negotiated with someone who is willing and serious to help us
conslude this.

I await your final response.

Dear Miss Franca Wise;

You seem to be a very angry person.

Are you like that always?

I have tried to use various means of sending your friend the money,
but he keeps having problems or refuses to even consider my suggestions.

I have suggested sending cash but you rejected that idea.

I am not the one causing the problems - your friend Mr. Lance Armstrong is
causing the problems.

Dear William Jones,

Thanks for your mail.It is not as if i get angry easily but a matter of your
behaviour towards this whole transaction, you seem to always come up with one
reason or excuse for something or the other.
I dont know why you cant just walk into a Western Union Outlet and just send the
money as you are required to do.there is nothing cumbersome there.
But as things are now,it is obvious that you are still not keen on helping us
out by transferring the money and instead of sending the money, you are here just
talking and asking my anger and all that.

Please for the last time kindly write us a note changing the beneficiary status
of the funds to the name of Dr.Alejandro Alarcon of Mexico as he is willing to
help us conclude this transaction.

I await your immediate response and actions.

Dear Miss Franca Wise;

How are you doing today?

Thank you for the clarification of your anger, but blaming me for
the problems caused by your Mr. Lance Armstrong is not the way to fix things.

Are you asking me to pose as the Dr. Alejandro Alarcon of Mexico?

I would have to write and communicate in the Spanish language of Mexico,
which I do not currently know.

Please advise me of your wishes.

I am not asking you to pose, all i am asking you is to send us a letter that says
that you are no longer interested in the transaction of which you are the
beneficiary and that you would like Dr.Alarcon to proceed and conclude the
transaction from now henceforth.

Also you dont need to write or translate in Spanish.

I await your immediate response.

far as the beneficiary status of the funds are changed to his name.Nothing

If you are still keen,do send the $750 to Mr.Armstrong through Western Union as
we advised earlier or kindly send the change of the beneficiary status

Dear Miss Franca Wise;

How are you doing today?

I am a member of a small church located in San Bernadino, California,
the Church of Saint Carole.

In the past, we have helped people from Africa move to the United States,
assisting with immigration papers and forms.

I would like you to know that I am also the deacon of the church and
would like to offer the church's assistance, including financial, to you,
if you will accept it.

My church has many means by which we can distribute funds.
You seem like a worthy cause, being the survivor of a terrorist victim.
God Bless You!
Now, as for possible fees that may come along with the transaction,
my church can cover them.
However, we can only cover a small amount, up to $94,000 USD.
Our church gives annually about $10.3 million in charitable givings every year.
We have a few churches around the country and we are definitely looking for
new ways to make money.

Please write to me and let me know how you feel about this.

Love,

William Jones
