Has anyone else here received this? It appeared in one of my real-life accounts so it's not from a seeded guestbook. Genuine or not? Headers suggest it's from Greece.

I replied, anyway, with a "I'm interested, tell me more" response and have just received...

We have some very upcomming tennis players from india and pakistan,
which will be in world top 200 numbers if they have the right sponsers
for them, and they can even go further, but they cannot go further
only because of lack of money to play the game everywhere, anyways let
me know if you have some interest in helping players for that areas.

I've had lads offer me highly paid places on football teams, for a fee or two of course...

It looks like a variation on that.
